1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trove is a family photo and memory sharing platform that allows you to store, organize, and share photos and videos with family members. The Service includes AI-powered search and organization features.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Trove. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
  • Upload malware or other harmful code

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to features as they exist at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new customers.

7. Refund Policy

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are not prorated.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content will be deleted unless you export it first.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trove and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
